The website is intended to promote events, artists, and projects produced or promoted by Made of You Group Lda. Some events may include external links to ticketing platforms. Made of You Group Lda is not responsible for the operation, purchasing conditions, refunds, or privacy policies of these platforms.

By using the website, the User agrees to:

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Porto District, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

9.1. In distance contracts, the Consumer benefits from the right of withdrawal (right of regret) within 14 (fourteen) days, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.

9.2. However, and by virtue of Article 17, No. 1, subparagraph l) of the aforementioned Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of leisure services (such as the sale of tickets or entries for events), if the contract provides for a specific date or period of execution (e.g., tickets for a concert on a specific day).

9.3. Thus, the purchase of tickets or registrations for events with a date set by the website or associated platforms does not give the User the right of withdrawal.

10. Cancellation and Postponement of Events

10.1. In the event of total cancellation of an event promoted by Made of You Group Ltda, the ticket price will be refunded to the User within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) business days from the date of official notification of the cancellation, in accordance with the rules established by the ticketing platform where the purchase was made.

10.2. In the event of postponement of the event, the purchased ticket remains valid for the new date. The User may, however, request a refund of the ticket, under the terms and deadlines defined in the applicable legislation and under the terms communicated by the organization at the time of postponement.

10.3. Made of You Group Lda is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the User (e.g., travel, accommodation, etc.) resulting from the cancellation or postponement of events.

10.4. In the event of events cancelled or postponed due to Force Majeure (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or unforeseen unavailability of the artist), the liability of Made of You Group Lda is strictly limited to the refund of the ticket price, under the terms legally provided.
